Regan shoots film, so every photo he takes goes through a long, loving process before it makes it online. By the looks of it, he just finished processing his last batch of Hillside photos. They’re all awesome, and they reminded me that despite being insanely loud, Hillside was definitely wonderful this year.

My favourite part of this year’s festival was the Immaculate Machine. They put on a sparsely attended show on Saturday night (everybody else was watching The Dears), but their whole set felt intimate, joyous, full of wonders. For the last week I’ve had their new CD on repeat.
