A Feast of Friends

February 09, 2005

The evening started awkwardly. At the board meeting we asked Matt Gouett to organize a social even though last week we asked him to resign as vice-chair; he laughed uneasily and said “Sure.”

Then we fled the awkwardness of the board room and went to Wilf’s to drink. “No one is allowed to talk about politics,” Fraser said, so of course we talked about politics, made silly faces, and ate his pickles with our hands. Wilf’s is a good place to sniff Alysia and to receive love notes from Jodi (who’s damn hot).

Speaking of Jodi being damn hot, isn’t it damn hot how Jodi appears to be vomiting wetly in the above picture?

thanks mark… that IS what I’m doing.. ;)

I’m just proud to have made it onto Tudor’s blog… now I truly feel at home in Waterloo.

I think you and I should have a contest. Who can provide more outrageous situations for Tudor to comment upon?

Everyone wins!

Why is Fraser wearing a suit?

Well, I WAS trying to impress Jodi, but it looks like she was too busy vomiting to notice me.

HAPPY YEAR OF THE COCK!

The problem, Jen, is that you just look heartily dissatisfied with your meal. Jodi actually went the extra mile.

they didn’t even bring me a bloody meal!

but that is another story entirely.

Hey, at least you don’t look asleep like I do, Jen… although the dissatisfaction is pretty frightening.
