Echoes
April 15, 2004
It was only supposed to take ten minutes. Trevor made me get a LiveJournal account a month ago, and that painfully empty space begged to be filled. I’m too lazy to start another blog, so I simply wanted to echo the information posted on my current blog elsewhere. This morning I found a cleaver way of doing just that.
I gave up on more important tasks like studying and showering, and spent hours trying to get the plugin to work. I had to contact the server people to have them install new software, and then, magically, my server talked to the LiveJournal server and exchanged intimate bits of information. Awed, I spent the next few hours tweaking the system.
And now my words are echoed into the void, and my sentences are everywhere. The staleness is suddenly amplified as information propagates senselessly. Success!

Now that it works it is rather nice. I didn’t realize I accidentally erased *this* blog until this morning when I had to restore everything ;).

OH, guess what arrived in the mail the other day…

Posted by: jesse on April 16, 2004 at 06:00 PMI’m glad you like the angry scrawl :). The font I used is called VNI Thuphap — it comes in 5 favours.
